We're happy to travel beyond our home area to help you ensure an excellent installation, and an additional mileage charge may be added to our quotation depending upon the distance traveled.

The installation specialist who will be handling your project from beginning to end will contact you within 24 hours of us receiving your inquiry. We'll provide answers to any questions you may have and we'll discuss the details of your project, focusing on your goals and desires for the finished space. Then we'll build a personalized quotation for you to review and we'll coordinate a timeline for your assembly and installation once you're satisfied with our quote. ​

We love to be involved in the design phase of the projects we install! We can help you create or optimize your new kitchen, closet, or other installation - from the beginning of the conception phase all the way through to the final materials order - using the online Ikea 3-D planning tools. There is no fee for our assistance when you choose to have us assemble and install your cabinetry. A stand-alone design without assembly and installation services will attract a modest fee.

We thrive on customization. We will work with you to implement your vision using IKEA's cabinetry and accessories or Semihandmade's finishing pieces. Contact us to discuss your unique needs with the professional who will handle your assembly and installation from beginning to completion.

Every proposal is unique and will be evaluated on a case by case basis depending upon the size and scope of your project. We will provide you with a fixed price quotation that will not change and will be fully transparent with no hidden costs so that you will know exactly how much you need to pay before we start. We will not proceed with your job until you approve the price quotation and understand exactly what is involved in our proposal.

We request a deposit before beginning the assembly and installation for your project. The balance won't be due until after the work has been completed to your satisfaction.

Packaging disposal is the responsibility of the client. We recommend and will assist with recycling when possible, and can arrange for trash removal for an additional fee.

All of our insurance and business licenses are valid and current and can be provided to you upon request.
